1. My strengths in this station was solving inequalities and equations. Another one of my strengths were the vocabulary words because you've told us the meanings many times. Only one time I got wrong on the inequality vocabulary word because I was rushing to get a hundred percent. Yes, the quiz increased my knowledge of inequalities and equations because every time I got to try again, I learn from it. The questions that seemed easy for me was when it asked me something like "What is x greater than two?" Which was a vocabulary question.

My weaknesses on this quiz was when it asked me "Solve the inequality.... 7x is less than or equal to 56." this was hard because I forgot that if there is a negative the sign would be the opposite. What I can do to prepare for a similar quiz in the future is to study before you take it because you might forget the steps from your long weekend;) I could also use the mini booklet of strategies that you gave us to prepare for the quiz. And those were my weaknesses.

ReplyDelete* My strengths in this station was solving for the variable in an inequality or an equation. It was a piece of cake because it has the same steps, but the only difference are the signs. Doing the inverse operations on the equation is simple because undoing something is like unscrewing a bottle cap from a water bottle.
ReplyDelete* My weaknesses on this quiz was finding out which step comes first when it comes to finding out the value of the variable in an inequality. I had two options: combining like terms or undoing addition/subtraction. I chose combining like terms because I was used to doing this when it came to solving an equality. I realized my mistake because inequalities do not have a variable on each sides and is not equal with each other. I quickly fixed my answer on my second try and got a 100%.
My strengths in this station was solving for the variable in inequalities because they are simple. Another strength is defining the vocabularies. Defining the vocabularies was easy because you reviewed it to us multiple times
ReplyDeleteMy weaknesses were solving the inequalities with division. The reason is that I forgot that the signs for inequalities switch. I realized my mistake and fixed it.
My strengths for this stations was solving variables in inequalities. It has the same steps as solving equations but different signs. There is inverse operations which is also simple to do because you just change the operation. The questions that seemed easy to solve was graphing inequalities because we learn that a lot. It did increase my knowledge because I get to do the questions again so I can be more better at it.
ReplyDeleteMy weaknesses in this station was the definitions. I didn't understand it at first that's why I got two mistakes, but I was understanding the definitions a lot better that's why I was able to get a perfect score. If I'm going to prepare for the quiz in the future, I would study more and do the strategies from the math booklet you gave us.
-My strengths for this station was the questions abut definitions because I studied the vocabulary before the test. They were super simple and I went through those questions easily. Another strength I had was solving variables in inequalities because it involved a previously learned lesson. The test also helped me review the old lessons so I understood them more. It also helped me do it once again so I could do it very easily.
ReplyDelete-My weaknesses in this station was the solving the inequalities with division or multiplication. Thy were hard because I initially didn't remember that the sign changes direction when multiplying or dividing. I then redid it and got it done. The other weakness I had was finding which step came 1st. I at first chose combining like terms but when I reviewed I saw my mistake and changed it to get a 100%

ReplyDelete•My weaknesses in this station was graphing and defining. The questions that was hard to solve was the graphing because I kept getting it wrong until I realized my mistake. I can study graphing inequalities so I can prepare myself for a similar quiz like this.

My strengths were solving inequalities. Because all you have to do is inverses operations.And graphing was easy because I learned that closed circles are when there is a underline of the symbol and open circle is the opposite.

one of my strengths was that i understood some of the work.And i can multiply the problems. And i now the vocab words. And that Mr. Tudella taught us the inequality's and equations.and it also helped me and extended my knowledge of math. And also that i understand most of the problems.

*My strength for this station was graphing and the algebra expression. The graphing was easy because we learned it in class. The algebra expression was easy because we have learned it before. The quiz did help me increased my knowledge because i get to have more practice.

My strengths for this station is solving inequalities. It is easy for me because we learned how to do it. Like using inverse operation for each equation and simplifying. It did increase my knowledge for solving equations and inequalities because we get to review what we learned in class and how much we know.
ReplyDeleteMy weakness was defining because i didn't really know some words. Also when solving because sometimes I'm in a hurry to solve my problem and sometimes get it wrong. I could review and study inequalities and equations to prepare myself in the future.
in the quizzez the difficult part i struggled on sometimes is when greater than or less than or equal to numbers are needed to be graphed. I understand now that i got help from my pears. When i solve the problem given i get it much more because when i get it wronf it also helps me to think again about my answer.

ReplyDeleteMy weakness was defining which sides the arrow is pointing. Like when your solving negative sign in inequalities its confussing me. So i need to re do my quiz. But its still fun. Sometimes im in a hurry solving my question because its almost time. So i get wrong to some question. But i have fun because it teach me how to learn from my mistake.
My strengths were the vocabulary and finding variables. The vocabulary questions were easy because we learned those words in class and they were easy to remember. The finding variable questions were easy because we were doing this for a while now so I know how to solve it. This quiz did help me understand more about finding inequalities in multiplication and division.
ReplyDeleteMy weaknesses were the finding what step goes first and finding inequalities in multiplication and division. When I was on the finding inequalities with multiplication and division, I forgot the sign reversed so I got it wrong the first time. With finding the step, I didn't really understand it so I got it wrong but got it right the second time. To prepare for the quiz, I could study the topics more.
My strengths is solving inequalities with two step equation. it was kid of a little bit easy, but the fact is some of them i don't know because the less than or the greater than is confusing me by doing the lines.and it is also finding the variable with any letters that gives us.
